Located above the bar and enjoying complete privacy from the rest of the pub, The Tree House is our dedicated function room perfect for all manner of events from christenings to wakes and private dinners to live entertainment.
Located close to the M20 motorway, The Tree House can accommodate up to 50 people. The room's versatility means it can be arranged in a number of different ways to suit your individual requirements.

We do not charge for room hire, use of any media equipment or room facilities. Prices are a per person basis making the Tree House an exceptionally cost attractive option for smaller functions.
We also offer accommodation giving you the opportunity to stay in the village for longer. We offer eight en suite rooms, all finished to a high standard, at just £50 per room per night. Accommodation is on a room-only basis - breakfast can be purchased at the additional cost of £5 per person.
