At the Oak we serve a mixture of dishes ranging from the classic and unpretentious to something a little more elaborate for those feeling adventurous.
As with most things in life we believe what we put into our dishes determines what we get out. Therefore we ensure only the best and freshest ingredients get used in our cooking and that whenever possible we source them locally. Our fish comes from independent suppliers in both Rye Bay and Hythe, our meat from local award winning butchers and our location in the Garden of England means we benefit from a huge array of wonderful locally grown fruit and vegetables.
